- I believe that every human being has unique strengths that can be harnessed to live a fulfilling life. Helping individuals and teams identify their strengths is a key coaching element that I utilize to build self-awareness, self-confidence, and commitment to oneself and the team.
- I enjoy facilitating journeys of self-discovery, in knowing what really matters to an individual. This fuels a higher level of focus within oneself and furthermore how one operates within group dynamics.
- I assist individuals in identifying and understanding their self-talk. Exploring what is sabotaging one’s well-being and what is moving them in the direction of their higher purpose.
