For over 20 years, Hany Haddad has devoted himself to the strategic planning and development of charitable organizations, business entities, foundations, families, and individual clients as a trusted and ethical leader. He has been recognized as a top performing cross-cultural manager, a developer of people and someone that leads with compassion.

Hany has worked in the private and nonprofit sectors to help drive positive change for diverse communities, building on equity and inclusion.  He has spearheaded the creation of employee resource groups in the fifth largest bank in the United States to promote a diverse and inclusive workforce, to nurture employee belonging and to garnish access to capital for community advancement. Hany finds great joy in demystifying financials, empowering employees to envision and execute to a plan of excellence. 

Hany previously was the Vice President & Los Angeles District Manager for U.S. Bank. Past Chairman of the Board for the West Hollywood Chamber of Commerce from 2011-2014 and VP, Director of Development for the Beverly Hills Bar Foundation. He is a current Board Member of the Actor’s Fund. Hany also was an Executive Producer of “Ronny & I” and Producer of “Breaking Fast”, two short films that were screened and recognized at the Cannes Film Festival.

Hany has recently moved to Geneva, Switzerland and is planning to continue his philanthropic efforts by supporting international NGO’s and keeping his local roots grounded in California by serving on the board of the Compound LB.
